Joel E. Benecke

Joel E. Benecke is the Director of the firm's Chester County Office where he focuses his practice on criminal law, family law, estate planning and general civil litigation.

While obtaining his Juris Doctorate at Temple University Beasley School of Law, Mr. Benecke served as Vice President of the Temple Moot Court Honor Society and was a member of the National Moot Court Team and the nationally ranked Temple Trial Team where he received numerous awards for Trial Advocacy.

Upon graduation Mr. Benecke received the Wapner Newman Wigrizer & Brecher Award for Excellence in Trial Advocacy as well as the Temple Law Alumni Award for Excellence in Appellate Advocacy. Prior to joining the Benari Law Group, Mr. Benecke also managed his own successful practice.

During law school, Mr. Benecke served as full time Judicial Aide to the Honorable Marlene F. Lachman in the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Benecke is also a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he served as a Combat Medical Corpsman for 5 ½ years.

Mr. Benecke received his Bachelor's degree in Political Science from the University of Science and Arts of Oklahoma, with additional studies at Virginia Military Institute and Georgetown University. He is also a graduate of the Engalitcheff Institute on Comparative Political and Economic Systems and the Fund for American Sudies.

Mr. Benecke is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Mr. Benecke is also a staunch advocate for Veteran's issues.
