Keith A. Harbison
Keith Harbison, Esquire, received his undergraduate degree from Pennsylvania State University in 1989 and his law degree from Widener Law School in 1994. While at Widener Law School, Mr. Harbison was a member of the Moot Court Honor Society. Immediately upon graduation from law school, Mr. Harbison worked as an associate at the law firm of Rendine & McConeghy in Philadelphia, PA where he represented individuals in the areas of civil and criminal law until 2000 when he left to join the law firm of Solomon, Berschler, Warren, Schatz and Flood in Norristown, PA. Mr. Harbison worked as an associate at Solomon, Berschler, Warren, Schatz, Flood & Monaghan from December 2000 until March 2008 at which time he left to form the law office of Consolo & Harbison.
Keith Harbison currently practices in the areas of criminal and civil law. Mr. Harbison routinely represents individuals in the areas of criminal law, both juvenile and adult offenses, which includes individuals charged with DUI, drug offenses, probation and parole violations, assault, theft, sex offenses, drivers' license suspensions and traffic tickets. Mr. Harbison also represents individuals who are injured in motor vehicle accidents, motorcycle accidents, slip and falls, and assaults. In addition, Mr. Harbison practices in the areas of family law, real estate, landlord-tenant law, and contract law. Mr. Harbison has been effectively representing clients before judges, juries and arbitration panels in Montgomery, Philadelphia, Bucks, Berks, Chester and Delaware counties since 1994.
Mr. Harbison is licensed to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania. Mr. Harbison is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Montgomery County Bar Association.
